Day 2

Yesterday I recieved a beautiful picture of my oldes granddaugher Makkena in her first prom dress. Wow, what a beautiful girl. Then later that night we got a call from Cody telling us he passed his Hunter Safety course. Now if this blog is for empty nesters- without these kinds of things in my life I would be truely empty.

My daughters have choosen wonderful men to marry and to give me grandchildren. My grandchildren are all smart giving and honest. What more does a grandmother need.

Oh and this little guy is the last one to the bunch. He is the funniest and comes up with the cutest things to say. He plays with such an imagination. I wish he could stay small for ever..

Start Today-

It is Spring and time to follow through with a challenge from Time out for Women. Time to start thinking about living the best (rest) of my life with no fear. Living with challenges everyday.

I am always reading blogs about food, or raising kids, or inspirational thoughts to help my daughters or grandchildren.Ways to help my daughters raise their families. Well Today April 2 2013 I start living for my sweet husband of 39 years and myself. I want to find things that 60 year olds do and need. Friends of our age that share in the same ideas and wants. I want to challenge myself to try harder to fill my days with accountable things to my Father in Heaven. I hope you will come with me and share your thoughts and feelings and desires.

Challenge 1. Start this blog.

These beautiful flowers came from my sweet daughter and family in Minnasota for Easter. She had just returned to her home from visiting us in Idaho for a special Time out for Women conference. I am inspired to try and grow some of those beautiful Day Lilys.

What are you inspired to do this spring? Let's share.
